Resume

I graduated from the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and use an array of technology to create stunning visuals for all audiences. By using the latest software and media I have created a series of visually stunning pieces in an effort to get new work or provide creative visual concepts for my clients.

I have lots of creative ideas but often not enough time to develop them. Learning on my own is a very tough thing, but who said it's easy? I try. My dream is to one day lead my own business in the entertainment industry.  For me, it all started when I was about eight years old watching a show called "Movie Magic". It was an amazing show that featured behind-the-scenes secrets of major Hollywood production houses and how they created what you see on the silver screen. I was hooked!

Ever since that day I decided I would love to do visual effects for a living. It's better than sitting behind some cramped desk in a cubical doing the same thing over and over everyday. I would hate to do that, so I have pursued a path which I feel is leading me in the right direction. Once deciding what my true calling was, I continued towards my goal by studying animation, graphics, drawing and learning computer skills to create new and stunning visual effects.

Graduating from college was great and I truly miss those good old times, but now I’m facing the real world and it is tougher than I thought. I thought I'd find a job quickly after college, but the reality was broken into two words: NO EXPERIENCE! Funny thing is, I did have some experience in high school when I worked as an intern at Wreckless Abandon Studios in East Granby, CT. That firm gave me the edge up from a lot of new grads out there looking for work too. After graduation I applied to Wreckless and got a full-time position, partially because I was a known quantity and they liked me. I learned a lot from working at Wreckless and have since stepped up my learning curve ten-fold. They taught me a lot about the industry and how it works and I thank them for that opportunity. I also thank my parents who have encouraged and coached me along the way.

So what does the future have to hold for me? Who knows but I'm hoping that someone, somewhere will hire or help me continue my dream of becoming a special effects wizard.  I have created this site hoping that someone out there will actually read what I have written and work with me. If you’re out there reading this now I thank you. Future technology will allow many new special effects and I want to be on the forefront of that creative curve.
